Submission Requirements

The first author must be a high school student enrolled at an accredited institution.

Student authors may submit a manuscript under the guidance of a teacher or advisor.

When submitting, the names and email addresses of the teacher/advisor must be entered in the “Contributor” section

and each author’s contribution should be briefly described.

Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is strictly prohibited.

This journal allows an author to submit up to two manuscripts at the same time, provided that the author serves as the primary author for one submission and as a co -author for the other.

Authors must download MS Word file(DOCX) formatted according to  IJCSY manuscript’s template and prepare their manuscript accordingly. Manuscripts should follow the standard academic structure, including: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Research Methods, Research Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, and Appendix.

The manuscript should be written within 3,300 words. The title must be 10-15 words, and the abstract should not exceed 200 words. The main text should be formatted in 11 -point font. For tables and figures, please refer to the journal’s template MS Word file(DOCX) for proper formatting. Finally, references are recommended to follow APA style.

Reviewers can determine the result of a manuscript acceptance, acceptance after revision, resubmit after revision, or reject—based on five evaluation criteria.

 Based on the reviewers’ scores, a manuscript is accept if it scores 80 or above, accept after revision if 70 or above, resubmit after revision if 60 or above, and reject if below 50.

We provide our authors and readers with high-quality services, such as editorial triaging of submissions, facilitating a collaborative faculty provided peer-review, plagiarism checks, quality assurance of articles, management of production services (i.e. copyediting, layout editing, and quality control checks), indexing, archiving, and long term preservation of published articles via professional preservation networks and the journal platform. To continue to provide these services the authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge(APC). The APC for manuscripts is paid in Two Phases. 

– Publication fee: USD 350, payable after the editorial decision is communicated to the authors.

– Manuscript length: Up to 3,300 words.

*Fast Track Review(FTR): After submitting the manuscript, requests can be made via email. Manuscripts are published at the end of February and August, with submission deadlines at the end of November and May.

For Fast Track, the submission deadlines are June and December 15th. For Fast Track, the submission fee is USD 100, and the publication fee is USD 500.
