Create an account on the Journal Website
Register as an author and list your teacher/advisor in the contributor section.
Submit Your Manuscript
Upload your paper and all required files. Confirm all details before submission. After that, you will need to pay the paper review fee to complete the submission process.
Peer Review Process
Your paper will be reviewed anonymously by experts
(double-blind review).
Revise
Make revisions based on reviewer comments and upload the updated version.
Acceptance and Publication
Once accepted, your article will be published online. Check APC fees.
Submission Requirements
The first author must be a high school student enrolled at an accredited institution.
Student authors may submit a manuscript under the guidance of a teacher or advisor.
When submitting, the names and email addresses of the teacher/advisor must be entered in the “Contributor” section
and each author’s contribution should be briefly described.
Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is strictly prohibited.
This journal allows an author to submit up to two manuscripts at the same time, provided that the author serves as the primary author for one submission and as a co -author for the other.
1. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Authors must download MS Word file(DOCX) formatted according to IJCSY manuscript’s template and prepare their manuscript accordingly. Manuscripts should follow the standard academic structure, including: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Research Methods, Research Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, and Appendix.
The manuscript should be written within 3,300 words. The title must be 10-15 words, and the abstract should not exceed 200 words. The main text should be formatted in 11 -point font. For tables and figures, please refer to the journal’s template MS Word file(DOCX) for proper formatting. Finally, references are recommended to follow APA style.
2. Review
Authors must download MS Word file(DOCX) formatted according to IJCSY manuscript’s template and prepare their manuscript accordingly. 3. Decision
Reviewers can determine the result of a manuscript acceptance, acceptance after revision, resubmit after revision, or reject—based on five evaluation criteria.
Based on the reviewers’ scores, a manuscript is accept if it scores 80 or above, accept after revision if 70 or above, resubmit after revision if 60 or above, and reject if below 50.
4. Article Processing Charge(APC)
We provide our authors and readers with high-quality services, such as editorial triaging of submissions, facilitating a collaborative faculty provided peer-review, plagiarism checks, quality assurance of articles, management of production services (i.e. copyediting, layout editing, and quality control checks), indexing, archiving, and long term preservation of published articles via professional preservation networks and the journal platform. To continue to provide these services the authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge(APC). The APC for manuscripts is paid in Two Phases.
– Publication fee: USD 350, payable after the editorial decision is communicated to the authors.
– Manuscript length: Up to 3,300 words.
*Fast Track Review(FTR): After submitting the manuscript, requests can be made via email. Manuscripts are published at the end of February and August, with submission deadlines at the end of November and May.
For Fast Track, the submission deadlines are June and December 15th. For Fast Track, the submission fee is USD 100, and the publication fee is USD 500.

Type of Article
Research Article
It presents original findings from a study or experiment, including the methods, results, and discussion. It contributes new knowledge or insights to a specific academic field.
Brief reports & Research Projects
It is a type of article that concisely presents short but important research findings or preliminary study results. And it is based on reports of short-term experiments, research findings, and creative projects.
Review & Perspective
Articles that summarize and discuss existing research, providing an overview of current knowledge and future directions. It includes a literature review on a specific topic, interdisciplinary essays, and students’ academic opinions and writings.
Open Access Policy
All manuscripts published by IJCSY are indexed internationally by Google Scholar, which makes it available to be searched by most libraries around the world.
Authors Retain Copyright
All articles published in this journal are under a Creative Commons License and the Authors retain the Copyright to their work.
Faculty-Refereed Review Process
This journal follows a doubleblind peer review system, ensuring that the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process. Authors should prepare their manuscripts without any identifying information. For more details, please see How to Submit.
