Publication Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these regulatios is to present provisions regarding the publication of the “International Journal of Convergence Science for Youth” (hereinafter referred as the “journal”)

 

Article 2 (Issue Date)

The International Journal of Convergence Science for Youth (IJCSY) is published twice a year, on February 28 and August 31.

 

Article 3 (Publisher and Editor)

The President of the International Journal of Convergence Science for Youth (IJCSY) serves as the publisher, and the Editor-in-Chief serves as the Chair of the Editorial Board.

 

Article 4 (Copyright)

Upon publication in IJCSY, the author shall transfer the copyright of the paper to the International Journal of Convergence Science for Youth (IJCSY). The author must notify IJCSY of any use of the published material other beyond personal purposes.

 

Article 5 (Publication fee)

The standard publication fee is USD 300, and for the Fast Track option, the publication fee is USD 500.

 

Article 6 (Publication order)

The submitted manuscript will be strictly reviewed according to IJCSY’s review policy. The order of the publication is determined by the initial date of submitted the manuscript.

 

Article 7 (Responsibility)

The author shall confirm the final PDF file of the accepted paper, and the responsibility for editing rests soley with the author.

 

Addenda

These regulations shall take effect on November 1, 2025.
